Do you know...

Bethany supports 20 missionaries in 12 countries? And our anticipated mission budget for 2022-2023 fiscal year is around $140,000. We host mission trips, communicate with our missionaries, and periodically spotlight missions in our services and emails.

Missions Communication and Promotion Lead 

(passionate about global outreach, Editing and basic computer skills, spiritual gifts of exhortation, evangelism service)

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Bethany’s mission of introducing people to Jesus, by helping us raise awareness of our missions program. The Mission Communication and Promotion Lead will manage the mission team’s Global Outreach email list by condensing, editing and posting excerpts from current missionary letters. Our hope is that this will stimulate our Bethany family towards prayer and generosity in worldwide missions.

  • Africa Inland Mission (AIM) is a Christian mission sending agency with a heart for Africa’s peoples. We have our roots in a small band of faithful men and women who, in 1895, ventured inland to reach Africans untouched by the gospel. Their vision set the course of AIM for over 120 years, as a community called and sent to live and minister among Africa’s least-reached peoples. This call still remains.

    Our desire is to see the worship of Jesus Christ spread across the continent of Africa – through individual lives fully committed to him, and collectively through Christ-centered church communities. Our Lord has done a mighty work in Africa, where His Church is vast and growing daily. But with over 1000 African people groups who have yet to hear the good news of Jesus Christ, the task is far from finished.

    We align with God to champion the gospel of Jesus Christ and the sacredness of human life through pregnancy services, strategic partnerships and equipping resources.

  • Good News Clubs - CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP

    Starting a Good News Club program at Brecknock Elementary to share the Gospel with students who attend after school.


    Our ministry vision is to reach Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day.


    Every Child:

    God has given His people a clear commission—to reach every creature with the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our special mission in CEF is to evangelize every child. In the last ministry year our workers worldwide reached over 15.6 million children! CEF is committed to reaching 15 percent more each year. Strategic ministry choices such as Good News Club in public schools and concentrating on high potential growth countries will help us reach this goal.

     Mark 16:15, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”


    Every Nation:

    CEF is a worldwide ministry serving in every region of the world in an ever expanding way.

    Matthew 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations.”


    Every Day:

    We are committed to leading children to be in God’s Word every day. As children grow in their relationship with the Lord through meditating on His Word, they develop godly character, which produces much fruit to the glory of God, including spreading the Gospel to their peers. We now have over 800,000 Wonder Devotional Books in Africa. Right now we are working to reach 500,000 children in Asia with the books.

    Psalm 119:2, “Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.”


    Only as we trust in God and call upon Him are we empowered to do His will. Programs come after prayer, never before it.

    We have over 3,400 workers worldwide led by eight regional directors.  There are also tens of thousands of volunteers worldwide. God works through His people, godly leaders, staff and volunteers in order to accomplish our goals. The sun never sets on CEF ministry.  We provide training, equip our workers with ministry tools and support them through fund-raising and ministry development.

  • Motivated by Christian faith, COBYS Family Services educates, support and empowers children and adults to reach their full potential.  


    COBYS facilitates programs and services through The Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency and the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN). Additional services to support those in the foster care and adoption system and those in need of counseling are provided.

  • Compassion international child-advocacy ministry pairing compassionate people with children living in extreme poverty to release the children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty.

  • LCMI Mission: Life Change Ministries International exists to help children See, Know, and Experience the Lord Jesus Christ.

    LCMI Vision: To reach children with God’s Word, which could lead them to a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, through Christian camping.

    Based in Denver Pennsylvania, Life Change Ministries International works to bring the good news of the Gospel to children and teenagers in India and Nepal through Christian camping. We operate a variety of different camps throughout the year in both metropolitan and rural tribal locations for children and teens with and without special needs.

  • REACH GLOBAL - The Reynards

    Reach Global invests in disciplemakers to establish the Church where the gospel isn't known.   


    Don and Rhonda serve as missionaries by pastoring about 130 missionaries across Europe.  They just moved back to the states, live locally and are attending Bethany!  Say hi if you see them on Sunday!

    Village of Hope is located in San Lucas, Guatemala. The vision for Village of Hope was born out the knowledge that God has a heart for the least of these. Scripture reveals a God who is passionate about the sick, the widow, the orphan, the alien, and the poor.
