adult Christian ed Classes

Sundays @ 10:35AM

December 6 - February 28 , 2020

(nO CLASSES ON December 20 OR 27)

Our mission is to introduce people to Jesus, love each other as family, and grow together in Christ.  Our goal is that ministries here at Bethany open your eyes to Jesus, unify the body of Christ and encourage living in a way that enables you to impact your community.

Parenting Class facilitated by Steve and Rozanna Leever

    In-person (Room 208)

In this day and age, children face a far more defective world than the children of previous decades. Everyday they are bombarded with the pressures and influences of drugs, sex, and violence. Often, parents feel helpless when the corrupt principles of this defective world seem to contradict every godly principle they try to instill in their children. But the truth is, God has a plan for effectively raising your children and you can learn it.

  • The Story of reality

Mixed class taught by Gerald Graham

Bible Study, In-person only (Room 224)

How the world began, how it ends, and everything important that happens in between. The Bible story can be told in 5 easy steps, GOD, MAN, JESUS, CROSS, & RESURRECTION. The Christian worldview best explains reality, life as it really is.

  • One blood: parting words to the church on race and love

Mixed Class taught by Gene Pierce and Linda Fisher

    Book Study, In-person (Room 220)

We are One Blood.  We all descend from Adam.  We are living in historic times. Not since the civil rights movement of the 60s has our country been this vigorously engaged in the reconciliation conversation.  There is a great opportunity right now for culture to change, to be a more perfect union.  However, it cannot be done without the church, because the faith of the people is more powerful than any law government can enact.
